It was a great experience altogether, the genlteman that greeted me helped me throughout the entire process, he assisted me finding the perfect glasses to match my face and the ambiance was very uplifting .I will definitely become a loyal customer!
I had an amazing experience with Warby Parker Hyde Park!! Temo greeted me as soon as I entered the store. The store was very busy he assured me he would be right with me. He allowed me time to walk around the store and pick out my favs. Then his associate Vince saw my style and offered to select some additional products for me to try on.
I was able to get an eye exam on the spot. My experience with Warby Parker was top notch. I look forward to shopping with them again Temo explained all my options and made sure I understood what would happen next.

Amber, Marcy, and the entire staff at this Warby Parker absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely customer-first. The team was attentive without being pushy, knowledgeable without being overwhelming, and incredibly patient while helping me narrow down frames and make decisions.
I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered thoughtfully. They gave real guidance, honest feedback, and made the whole process easy and actually fun — which is not something most people say about buying glasses.
