I had a scheduled service cancelled due to other service requests. I responded with other dates as requested and received no reply. I have been a customer for over 10 years, during which time I purchased 2 a/c systems as well as annual service contracts. This company used to value customer service and I have been pleased with the service technicians. Now the administration apparently has other priorities.
