Transflo is an incredible company with 30 years of leadership in the freight technology industry. They have a passionate team that cares about customers, creating a family feel in their culture. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of the customer service staff, who assist with quick setups. The website is easy to use for uploading documents, making it beneficial for carriers. However, users would like to see improvements such as a quick pay setup and a feature to track when brokers view their documents for payment.
Website to help with the paperwork end of the trucking business. Easy to use, easy to upload docs as a carrier. Only thing I would love to see is a quick pay type setup, or a link to show when brokers have viewed our POD's/BOL's and other docs for carriers to be paid.
