I strongly recommend this nail salon! I moved out of state maybe a year and a half ago. I came back and the manager remembered me, many nail techs remembered me. The customer service is like no other! They even normally give a small gift during the Christmas holidays. They believe in giving back to their customers which not too many nail salons do these days. I am a long time supporter of the Lutz location and this New Tampa location. I strongly recommend Touch Nail Spa for many reasons!
I absolutely love the place! And Dee is the best!!! Ive done pedicure 2 times and manicure 4!! So trust me when I say I love the place! Friendly, clean and great service! Dee is a magician because you have no idea what a disaster I had before! She takes her time to make sure my nails looks just how I want it and helped me to find “MY” forever color ? highly recommend the place!
If you want to feel truly pampered, you have to go to Michelle! She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and makes you feel amazing.
