I had 3 physical sessions at this facility. The therapist was excellent. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the front office or billing department. My first session on 4/15/2022 was billed correctly to Medicare for evaluation of physical therapy. My next two sessions (4/18/2022, 4/20/22) were billed incorrectly. Both show Medicare was only billed for application of cold compresses to the back. It also shows that Medicare was billed twice for this procedure, once by the p/t/ and once by the medical director. The best care I've ever experienced. Dr. MJ is attentive, kind, and caring! I have never felt so heard or taken care of at a doctors appointment before. I even had a billing issue with the lab that they handled for me. Dr. MJ also recommended homeopathic remedies and supplements and took my care seriously. I will always be coming back here for my needs.
