I found Tony on the next door app several years ago and I'm so grateful I did. He is always very responsive, fair, honest and provides exceptional service. The same can be said for his team, they are without fail the nicest most courteous people, I always have questions and they go above and beyond.
This company was recommended to me by a close friend, so I called them to do an annual maintenance on my AC unit and I was not disappointed! They did a very thorough inspection and explained what was done and found as potential issues and the estimated costs. I love the transparency and professionalism of this company. Will refer them to everyone I know!
I called Tony Tuesday morning when I woke up to two error codes on my Bryant HVAC. He told me that one of his technicians would be out in about an hour. When the technician showed up he immediately went to work. He confirmed that the ECM was indeed bad, that my warranty was registered and that it was still covered. Yay!! He didn't have the part handy and had to go pick one up and said it would be about an hour. An hour later he returned and installed the part and quality checked his work. The unit was working as it should and no error codes. I then had him due the "spring" preventative maintenance. I was totally satisfied with his work and only wished I had some of the filters on hand (19x20x4) so I wouldn't have to go up in attic to replace. A plus -- Tony Baars offers a military/veteran discount. I will not hesitate to recommend his company to others.
