i don't recommend this plumbing company lying and unprofessional techs. disrespectful office staff made fun of God when I used His name and refused to fix my problem.
We had service today for a stopped faucet and Don V was our plumber. He was very professional and skilled, but also he cared to explain things and educate us before we made decisions. That's a big deal. We had this company assigned to us through our home warranty service and for anyone complaining about extra fees; you need to READ the terms of the warranty; they cover parts and some of the service, but not every job is all inclusive. It's still saving hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Third Generation took care of our problem quickly and did a great job!
