My powered trunk and secondary amp and sub stopped working. I stopped by and they found that both had a fuse that was blown. Both were aftermarket and out in the strangest place (one behind panel by front passager side feet). He found both quickly and replaced them and didn’t charge me anything. That’s what I call customer service. Guy was very nice and professional. Because of this already talking to him about getting additional things done and will definitely be using them to wrap and install body kit on my Plaid.
