Jennifer Shaw is great and the front desk staff was lovely and efficient. So far I have had two visits for annual checkups and bloodwork. I have zero complaints. Jennifer is my new pcp!
they're able to get me scheduled quickly to see my primary and understanding about my health concerns. labs/scans/tests get ordered fast too with prompt messages on the portal regarding results. Great primary doctors office in carrollwood in my opinion.
I have been coming here since the office opened. The doctors have always been great. The staff, however, is a different story. Rude, inconsiderate, not at all empathetic, and greatly lacks professionalism!! Very very disappointing
