TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track

I stopped into this clinic while we were traveling for the NCAA national championship volleyball game. I started not feeling well during the game and headed straight for urgent care which was right across the street. It was a very quick visit, and I asked them to swab me for all the things (hoping some antibiotics could get me on the mend) the gal at check in was very pleasant to work with and so kind. As well as the other two gals I came in contact with (the nurse and NP) unfortunately I tested positive for the Rona, so not much they could do, but the compassion, short care I received I was in and out in 30 minutes!

Amazing quick urgent care visit. I was in n out within 25 minutes. Everyone was super speedy and attentive. Dr. Shapiro was such a nice doc - he had a “plan of attack” for a stye that I had in my eye. I heeled up within a couple of days with his antibiotics treatment plan. 10/10 recommendation for TGH Urgent Care in Channelside!!!

The PA was nice, and she did her best to explain my symptoms and her diagnosis to me. However, I felt that I was not being listened to. She took a look at my ER chart and decided on a diagnosis based on what she saw there, and not on my actual symptoms. In the future, I will go to urgent care only if it's a blatantly obvious problem.
