After weeks of conflicting information and poor communication at the Wesley Chapel location, manager Zvezdi Krasteva stepped in, listened, took ownership, and gave me clear answers. She moved my delivery to Tampa, changed my advisor, confirmed the delivery timeline, and explained when to expect the VIN so I can complete financing. Simple things the wesley chapel location couldn’t do.
