My initial service was scheduled immediately. Michael arrived listened to my concerns and began to attack the root pest areas as we walked throughout the house. He informed me of how the continual maintenance services worked and even assured me that should I need any extra in between quarterly services scheduled that I could do so with no problem. Within a few days the ants were gone. Great job!

Our Terminix Rep, Ms. Heather Harden, goes above and beyond every time she stops at our house in Apollo Beach. She truly works hard for you to prevent bugs from entering your home,….not your “typical” 5min walk around, squirt some stuff, and call it good. No Sir,…. she informs you what she found on the property, and what she used to further treat it.We have not had a single ant, roach, silverfish - or anything for that matter - in our house since her first service date, many months ago. I had a real problem with roaches when I first moved in. They were able to keep the issue at bay till I was able to buy new appliances. Haven't had an issue since. And also a flea issue a year later. Was very helpful.Services: Home inspection
