Dr. Redd fit me in for an emergency dental visit after developing lockjaw over the weekend. He spent 15-20 minutes with me, giving me a thorough explanation of what I was experiencing, when I was likely to get relief, and offering ways to help relieve the pain in the interim. The front desk staff was amazing and incredibly helpful, despite them being short-staffed that day and dealing with an office facility issue. Although I am not a patient, my interaction with this office, Dr. Redd, and the staff was top-notch. They recognized my distress, addressed it, and offered kindness and empathy despite not getting that from my own dental office.
