Mark has been a pleasure to work with on multiple projects. We had him pressure wash our fence in preparation for staining as well as soft clean our roof and patio. He is professional, communicates well, and efficient with his time. Would highly recommend.

As we are relatively new to the Tampa area and there are so many service companies available, it is difficult to choose one. When the homeowners association sent a photo of our roof with a notice that it required cleaning, I asked a neighbor about how to clean a roof. They used Tampa Pressure Cleaning Plus. I am glad I called for an estimate for a soft wash roof service! The job was excellently completed with no damage to the roof.
