After having lice last year for the first time, I knew the signs when my daughter said her head was itchy. I had Lisa’s number from last year (although we ended up using Spinosad prescription to treat the first time) I called her and within two hours she was at our door. She was so calm and relaxed and clearly was an expert who knew what she was doing.
Within an hour the lice was gone. Compared to last year this was a FAR LESS stressful situation and I felt so much more confident that we were lice free when she left.
