Check in is confusing, don’t know who is checking in or “financial” if you stand around at the wrong desk you won’t be helped. But the nursing staff was great for me. My husband didn’t have the same experience.
This was my first time there and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped me with insurance papers and was actually approved later that same day, so very thankful for that!! Really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help.
Who would have thought Healthcare could be made easy. I love being able to use the mychart app. Very helpful and dependable and I appreciate being able to have zoom visits for certain things.
