Dr Mateo and his team were amazing. They really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was afraid of dentists and I’ve never been more at ease entering a dentist office.
Super professional, the team is so nice and attentive me and my mom really liked it. Dr.Vidales explained everything and the staff are all bilingual which was so helpful for my mom. Highly recommend Dr.Vidales for all your dental needs
Before I even got to my 1st appointment, I had something come up with work and I had to reschedule. They were very accommodating and understanding and gave me a one time excuse for the last minute rescheduling fee. When I entered the front area was very clean. The Staff that I interacted with were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor is also very knowledgeable and all of the staff come by, including the doctor, continuously to double check to make sure that you don't have additional questions.
