They did a roof on a home I bought. Roof is leaking after only 3 years. Called to have them come fix the issue. Can never talk to a real person. They pick up and hang up, then you get a text asking you to text them, but they never reply. STAY AWAY! Find another roofer that actually has at least decent customer serivce.

Terrible customer service and accountability. One month after they installed my roof my roof started leaking and they were unresponsive. When they finally came out the worker blamed everything but their work and refused to repair it. After talking to the owner the same guy came out and did terrible patch work and a few weeks later my roof is leaking again. Stay away from this sketchy company. You’re better ordering your roof off of Wish.com.
