Lucy at the receptionist desk was above and beyond amazing. Extremely sweet, printed out my insurance card so I had a hard copy, set up my imaging appointment at the Trinity location & even went through my benefits to let me know the cost of the next appointment.Dr. Ruiz was absolutely wonderful as well. She was very attentive and detailed when listening to my issues I was experiencing. She has excellent bedside manner, in that she describes everything she will be doing and is doing. She made me feel very comfortable during my visit and that I was being heard. There is something so magical about finding a gynecologist that you trust. Dr. Ruiz and her nurse are friendly, personable, and always make my yearly visits extremely comfortable. I love that she takes the time to answer questions, and also tells you what she’s doing in real time during the exam.

GYN Doctor Wanda Torres Is very sweet and professional. She explained everything about my exames and the treatment. Her nurse and front desk employees were always smiling and helpful. ?
