Massage style I would say is like accupressure massage. Good amount of pressure, but not too hard. If you want a soft hands massage or deep tissue, try someplace else. Overall, best massage I've had in a long time. Table shower help start the relaxation, and the massage finished it. Came away more relaxed than I've been in years. Was almost falling asleep on my drive home. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm home (I'm an over the road truck driver)
