Edit: I took the dress back and they kept it for a few weeks and were able to clean it. An ink pen had exploded on it at the cleaners.
I brought a 325 dollar dress here to be cleaned for the first time. I just wanted the underarms cleaned. There were no stains on the dress. It was returned to me covered in blue patches, ruined. I was charged for it.
I bring my husband's uniforms here every week and the customer service is excellent. Uniforms are always done on time and never had an issue. I even needed two dress uniforms done quickly for an event and it was no problem.
Staff at MacDill AFB location is always professional, polite and friendly. Prices are very competitive and quality of cleaning, both uniforms and civilian attire has alway been great.
