Fernando was great. He was very thorough and showed us photos of the current issues with our AC. He explained our options and made us feel like we were able to make an informed choice on repair.

Fernando came today to service our unit, he very knowledgeable and respectful. He showed me everything that was done and answered all my questions. He even offered to take off his shoes to come inside and as someone with two small children I really respected. Will be requesting him for our next service!
