Had to replace a printer and went to Office Depot first since they were closer. I had just replaced the $150 ink cartridges before I realized the printer was no good. OD would sell me a printer but I was SOL on getting a credit on the cartridges. I went to my old Staples and Tonya said they would not only give a credit for the cartridges but would match the price on the printer. I even got a Rewards credit for recycling my old printer. This is why etail only will not replace brick and mortar, true customer service.

Manager and an associate greeted me when I walked into the store asking if I needed any help finding a product but also greeting me with a friendly hello. If there was anyone knowledgeable on anti virus software it would have been a 5 rating. Nice friendly store.

I stop at the Staples at Dale Mabry/Bearss whenever my printer is thirsty for ink. The staff is always professional and patient in handling my needs. I appreciate the friendliness of this location. Update: I continue to shop at Staples as needs arise. The staff there is professional, personable, and do a great job to handle my needs.
