I came 7/22/2026 around 6pm and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The gentleman even cut my cards without me asking ! 10/10 I usually go to the one on fowler which is closer to me but i rather drive an extra couple minutes cause I know im gonna be taken good care of :) forgot to get his name but i will next time

Excellence. Glory. Royalty. What Staples has a print shop sharing all of these character traits? This one. Why? Because of two people. Tim and Sage. Tim a seasoned professional. Sage a talented prodigy. Both of them handled my print with such precision and care. I don't always write reviews, but when I do? It's because I had an experience that was of a quality level I would define as beyond excellence. That's how I would define it. Them, however? They would describe it as just another day. Amazing.

Had to replace a printer and went to Office Depot first since they were closer. I had just replaced the $150 ink cartridges before I realized the printer was no good. OD would sell me a printer but I was SOL on getting a credit on the cartridges. I went to my old Staples and Tonya said they would not only give a credit for the cartridges but would match the price on the printer. I even got a Rewards credit for recycling my old printer. This is why etail only will not replace brick and mortar, true customer service.
