Today I met with Dr Laura Williams. I can't speak highly enough of her. She was very kind, informative, gentle, understanding. I couldn't have asked for better. She's amazing and really went above and beyond what you would typically expect from a Dr visit. I'm a lifetime patient for sure. I've never experienced such top tier care from anywhere else.

Waited on hold for 33 minutes just for the staff to tell me they could not schedule my appointment because there was an insurance issue (which I have an in-network full coverage policy that this provider accepts), then the details of the appointment I requested online were inaccurate when she read them back to me. I asked to call back because I didn't feel comfortable with all of the miscommuncation, and she said "No problem." and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
