I had a wonderful prenatal massage at Spa Evangeline while staying at the Epicurean Hotel. The therapist was very attentive and focused on my neck, shoulders, and lower back, which was exactly what I needed. The hand and foot exfoliation add-on was a great touch. The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and very professional — highly recommend!
The services (massage, facial, body scrub) were exceptional. Warn and friendly providers that quietly provided wonderful treatments.
The scheduler, and the checkout process was lacking. I had to find the times on the schedule to have all the services I wanted ( she said they weren’t available), then at checkout they had changed the gratuity to 32% and 26% from the advertised 18% and charge me additional for the services. I had to go online to their website to show them the price of the package.
Get past the desk (although the lady checking me out was friendly) and you won’t be disappointed with the services.
Donna was exceptional for a deep tissue massage. I highly recommend. I have traveled twice now to this area and was able to fit in a massage. The spa is fine, their massage staff is top notch.
