Dr Northrop is amazing but the health group is frustrating. They’d rather play telephone tag then schedule an appointment via email, text or voicemail. I can’t use the online scheduler as Dr Northrop is not an option. I don’t want to speak to a Nurse Practitioner every time - I have to pay the same amount and it’s expensive (for a medication refill) I don’t know if they’re trying to avoid letting me see the doctor so they can make more money by me seeing the nurse practitioner, or if they’re really just out unorganized or unwilling to help patients. It feels like I have to make 5 attempts yo schedule an appointment. Consider this attempt 4.
After working with Dr. Northrup for years, I have found him to be one of the most professional, ethical and knowledgeable Mental Health Professionals in the Tampa Area. That said, one's mental health is a key aspect of a healthy lifestyle and it's paramount that a person seek out and find an experienced practitioner like Dr Northrup. To that end, I have referred at least a dozen people to Dr. Northrup over the years and every single person has provided extremely positive feedback similar to my own. In final, Dr. Northrup has been a tremendous resource for myself and everyone I have referred.
