I would never thought I would make a review but, Alexis is a good staff member that made me and my girlfriend experience wonderful and fun. I don’t step foot to places like this normally but I will admit that being with the girlfriend and learning about skincare here as well from Alexis was really a pleasure to listen and try.
Alexus took great care of us at the Sephora in Midtown Tampa. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. Her recommendations were thoughtful and helpful, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.
What stood out most was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. She was patient, answered all of our questions, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. It felt like she truly cared about helping us rather than just making a sale.
