The attendants at Sephora Hyde Park are generally nice and polite. However, their helpfulness seems limited. If you don’t like their first recommendation, they often stop there and simply say, “Let me know if you need anything else,” rather than offering additional options or trying to better understand what you’re looking for in a product. This has happened even when the store is well staffed, so it doesn’t appear to be due to being short-handed. More proactive and personalized assistance would greatly improve the experience

I was racing to a live taping for a TV show in Tampa from another city and thanks to her, I felt calmer and more relaxed for the taping. I wanted a makeup 💄look that made me feel comfortable on camera while still safe in my body. She was amazing 🤩 and got my Mom inspired to get her makeup done too.
Jennifer is a valueable gem 💎 in my eyes. Love her so much I'm hoping to utilize her makeup skills in the future.
I had an appointment at 5:45PM with Jennifer. I was 15 min late and the makeup artist was not happy. She canceled me in the system and had an attitude to start. She only gave me 45 min of service and did not give me at all what I asked for. She would ask me questions and I would answer and she would then ask again. She was not actively listening. It was pretty but it was natural. I wanted glam. I tipped her and probably should've done less or none. I would not go back, I was not trying to be late.
