If you are considering building a house DO NOT USE Sample Properties. They have zero regards or consideration for neighbors. We’ve had flat tires from flying nails, nails in our pool, paint in our car, cement shot at our house and cars, our internet cable cut twice and they have no regard for noise. Today they started mixing cement at 6.30 am and at 7am on the dot they starting blowing, loudly. It sounded like an airplane was landing in our house. There is no school today so you’d think they have the decency to wait. We called the police but they said we needed to call at 6.15. Complete and total negligence.
