I sent pictures of the problem first. The kitchen sink and standpipe for the washer were clogged. All in the same area. The plumber didn't speak English too well but we both were able to communicate and be understood 😎. He snaked outside and the standpipe, went well, and this is the first time seeing this live 😀. I appreciate the friendly fast service, and the learning experience. Keep up the good work!
If you need a plumbing services, just call them, without any hesitations at all. We had an emergency situation that required immediate service and Rolando provided services within 2 hours of the call. Great and very friendly services with reasonable prices. I guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.
After an hour on his own the serviceman had to call in another person. He kept saying how steep the roof is (like 90% around here). Then he kept saying “oh this is bad.... this is really bad” he wanted to charge an astronomical amount to use a camera. He should have used the camera first then tell me the cost. I ended up paying $100 more than the original cost. The mess left behind!!! Ugh!! I think they were just taking advantage of an old lady.I would never use them again... ever.Service: Drain unblocking
