Words to describe Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay: RESPONSIVE, EFFICIENT, METICULOUS, PERFECTIONISTIC, COMMUNICATIVE, PLEASANT. After a freak flood in our kitchen, on the advice of our plumber, we called Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay. They responded immediately and a team of their experts led by Robert, came out to our house and efficiently took control of our soggy situation. Unfortunately nothing in our kitchen was salvageable. I needed a new kitchen and would have to start pricing out cabinets, countertops, floors, etc. To my surprise, I discovered that Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay also remodels and installs new kitchens, - one stop shopping! Having had such an excellent experience with their flood clean-up, I decided to continue my kitchen journey with them, and I was not disappointed. The white shaker cabinets I chose were of excellent quality (100% wood, soft close) and the price was extremely reasonable. Dave Adams, the owner, has an engineering background, and was meticulous in making certain that the kitchen layout fit perfectly. His crew, Ed, Aaron, Steve, and Dave himself, installed the cabinets. Dave and especially Steve, hand made the custom pieces I wanted which turned out beautifully. I couldn’t be happier! Not only are all the folks who work at Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay totally professional and take great pride in their work, but they are also so pleasant. How nice is that! Last but definitely not least, I need to mention the person who “runs the whole show” - Traci. She is by far the MVP of Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay. She is the first person you speak to when contacting the company. She is the person who schedules all the work and is in constant contact with you at all times. She is pleasant, so helpful and very efficient. You never feel as if your job is not important. The lines of communication are always open due to her. Kudos to Traci!
