I was referred to the team at Restoration 1 to help me out with water damage related to a leaking water heater. Best referral ever! The team was able to help me out right away even getting Robert out to do an assessment within the hour! Traci managed all of the communication and necessary work orders and I was thrilled to know they were able to do the assessment and all the work in one day! This was invaluable to me as I was out of town and this was my tenants home. It is important to me to provide my tenant with everything they need in their home and Restoration 1 came to my rescue when I really needed support. Terrific job from start to finish. Robert came in assessed water damage and made a plan. Andy, Aaron and Mike did thorough job in removing damage, drying water out and setting up equipment. Steve did a beautiful job on our walls and cleaned up after he was done working. Thank you to Tracy for her coordination.
