Even though the issue ended up being covered under another company’s warranty, the team that came out was fantastic. Both the electrician (Cody S) and AC tech (Quincy C) were professional, courteous, and even arrived earlier than expected! They took the time to assess the problem and explain what was going on instead of just rushing through. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.
We contracted with Red Cap through Home Depot for an inspection and cleaning service call. The communications from the main office of Red Cap were very good; making the appointment and keeping me informed of the technicians status. They even have a webpage that shows the technicians location on a map with ETA. Our tech, Jared, was very good. He was very thorough and explained the various components he was checking. He was courteous and professional. We received an email after the service with photos Jared took. They did a great job and I would use them in the future should I need any repairs.
