Tried to get a special MRI for my husband, the scheduler would never return our calls now over one month at this location.. this is terrible patient services. I have never ever seen this happen. I have now been on hold with the operator for 28 minutes. I wanted to lodge a complaint but that won’t happen unless I go in person. Terrible customer service. I’m disgusted.

Tell me how they said ins refused to pay when I called ins they had no knowledge of any of it and then the said ins denied claim. Which I know is false why would they pay 3.6m for a hospital stay and skip out for 119$ that was supposely billed within the first month being in the hospital. JOKE SCAM AND FRAUD.

this company needs to be put down ASAP!!!! I provided my insurance over 4 months ago and I am getting billed from a debt collector. Clearly from other reviews, they are DEFINITELY RUNNING A SCAM!!!
