I got my car towed by my apartments cause I wasn’t parked in visitors witch it’s my fault I get off work late and everybody have all the visitors parking so I have to park Elsa were they towed my Cari got it out now we here today took my car to get new breaks and etc and they can’t fix my car cause the way the man towed my car he broke something in front of the breaker pads n etc I called to let them know what’s going on and now they act like they haven’t got my emails n they basically saying take them to court don’t worry I will I called my lawyer and told him n showed him pictures and receipts of everything this is horrible customer service and the fact my mechanic told me this problem come from them towing my car I’m very upset I have to get something fixed I didn’t break have a blessed day🙏🏾
This company is scum. I’m currently in college and working a minimum wage job, so money is already tight. I got home late one night after an 8-hour shift and parked where I always park, in the back where no one else parks. I didn’t realize at the time that I was slightly over the white line.
When I woke up for class, my car was gone.
After scrambling to find a way to get to class and back, I then had to find a ride 20 minutes out of the way to this trash yard of a towing company. When I got there, I was forced to wait outside next to a busy road in front of a locked gate.

Called the gorlock that works in the office and was told my vehicle would be 330 to get out of their lot, got there the next day and they tried to snake me for 615. Keep a good eye on these people when they are handling your funds. BEWARE.
