I watched one of their adds on social media and decided to check them out. Let me tell you, it was a great decision to go there. They helped me choose the right tires and the price was very good.
I was greeted with professionalism and knowledge and the techs went above and beyond the fix a plastic piece hanging on the bottom of my car before I could even ask.

I had initially written a 1* review. My experience with one specific staff member at the shop was entirely negative; however, the owner called me to review the situation and to figure out how to make things right. The owner clearly cares about his customers' experience and seems to want to run an upstanding shop. I appreciate the willingness to confront issues. I will try to work with tires2go the next time I need tires, and will update this to 5* if 5* service is delivered. Until then, I'm leaving a 4* review based solely upon the perception of integrity the owner left behind after we spoke on the phone.
