Worst bank experience I’ve had. Outdated app functionality. Left a bad taste in my mouth now when I see PNC. I will say the one good thing that earned them a 2 star instead of 1 was the fact they have no fee ATM’s at WaWa that also allow increments of $10 vs normal $20.

While I was initially a bit apprehensive about choosing a big bank for our refinance, PNC's rates were incredible (with no points) and Lisa Wills (Tampa loan officer) assured me that I was in good hands. She was absolutely 100% correct. Lisa Wills and John Labban were fantastic to work with and made the process very simple. When I used Wells Fargo several years ago it was a major pain, as documents were requested over and over for weeks. Wells Fargo also had a hard time understanding the structure of an S-Corp, distributions, etc (I’m self-employed).
