Last minute found out I would be needing my suit and went to Pioneer. Phyllis was able to help me out greatly by scheduling an appointment at the Macdill store because they weren't able to fulfill what I needed. Customer service was incredible.

Phyllis and Lou (her dog) are always so welcoming when we bring our dry cleaning into Pioneer Cleaners on Davis Islands. Our dog Memphis likes to come along as well as he gets special dog treats each time we drop off and pick up our cleaning. They do a wonderful job cleaning all our clothes as well as repacing zippers and other sewing/mending needs we have.

Always will be my dry cleaner in Tampa. Phyllis is great and always gives my dog Pablo a treat (& water if needed). Trustworthy is an understatement. I have had several lost items returned to me that had been left in clothes. Definitely too notch
