Pillar To Post Home Inspections

Would not recommend any using Pillar to Post franchisee as the corporate office do not cover or Address any issues with Their franchise. I attempted to get my inspectors License number and they told me they do not have that information on file. My inspector won’t return my calls nor answer how these issues were missed.

I have never written a review other than amazon and had to sign up to write this one. This inspection was SOOO bad, I felt I had to warn others NOT use this company!!!! My realtor recommended this company, I wish it would occurred to look up reviews about them. They put almost NOTHING on the inspection. They put clean or stretch carpet and water pressure is slow and lock on sliding glass door needed replaced-(but there was a bar, so no big deal).....what they didn't bother to say:-none of the electrical outlets in the kitchen OR outside were GFI-entire back wall of the house was SO FAR OUT OF CODE I couldn't even put a porch next to it.-Microwave didn't work at allplumbing issues that came through the ceiling-Side door of garage didn't lock at all---so someone could just walk right in-Spring on garage door broken-window broke and wouldn't open-different window broken and crackedI am definitely not including everything, but this more than enough not one should have missed this much!

This company was selected by our realtor for the inspection of our prospective new home. The inspector passed electrical and plumbing. After we settled and moved in, we began having problems which led to the replacement of all electrical, plumbing in the main line, and AC unit. In addition, we had to call several times to request a wind mitigation that should have already been completed.
