All of the team members at Patterson are fantastic! From Sara who runs the office to David who installed my new system, they are focused on their mission. They diagnosed my problem and provided options always listening to me. They did exactly what they said they would do exceeding my expectations.

They were very accurate in what was wrong with our ac unit. They order the part, and in two days they installed it. Our unit is now running properly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Patterson!!

Thank you all for doing such a great job!! I have utilized Patterson to service my A/C units for several years now. It is obvious why they have been in business for so many years. They are honest and are really good at what they do... Recently, I had an issue with one of my units, naturally in the middle of the summer. Patterson was my first call for some assistance. As always, they were prompt, courteous, and sent a very knowledgeable technician out to diagnose my problem. They ascertained that the unit was able to be repaired, however due to the age of the system, it made more sense for me to replace the whole unit.
