The staff is consistently described as kind, amazing, and welcoming. Milagros is recognized for her incredible service, love, compassion, and dedication, making patients feel safe. Dr. Sandi Lamb-Wilson is thorough and sweet, while Dr. Jacob is amazing, very understanding, and explains things so patients can understand, even if he has to reword or draw it. The best dentist office ever features an outstanding team including dental assistant Giovanni, Dr. Owens, and especially hygienist Martha Aguirre, who does an outstanding job cleaning teeth. These amazing people cared for a daughter when needed, welcoming the family in quickly and assessing her right away. The nurses in the back are amazing. However, the check-in process can be ridiculous, with patients watching staff gather in the back while no one is attending, and the registry needs to be on point. One patient arrived three hours early but could not see their new PCP because their health insurance system was down, wishing Suncoast had informed them prior to the appointment. Overall, the doctors are amazing and it is an awesome place.
Today was my very 1st visit. I was welcomed by Milagros and she was very helpful. Singed me in and I was able to see a dr today. The staff was super friendly. I’m very pleased with this office and will be making my son an appointment well.
Milagros reception was so awesome! She had no issues getting me the help I needed. As well as helping me make appointments for immunizations and a physical!
