Dr. Lauren is nothing short of amazing! She has made such a difference in my newborns life already! Going to Optilife is quite the drive for me so I was reluctant when my lactation consultant suggested her for constipation relief and also for improving latch with breastfeeding by loosening some of the tension in his neck. Well let me just tell you I started taking my 3 month old to her 2x a week and it was worth it every time! He’s improved significantly in multiple ways: latch is great, regular bowel movements, tummy time improving (he hated it), reshaping of the skull, should I go on? Absolutely love this place & Dr. Lauren.

Went today as a new patient on a recommendation from a family member with some chronic lower back pain and restricted hip flexor mobility. Dr. Molina was knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and made correctly assessed adjustments that had me walking out feeling 10x better than when I came in. Looking forward to my follow ups to get back to where I used to be. The office staff were friendly and helpful also, overall fantastic experience
