Dr Carly was awesome. Easy to talk to. Excellent bedside manners. Leilani was very informative. Excellent customer service. Everyone was pleasant. It’s rare to see this most anywhere today.
I went in with one of the nose grip pieces gone for my glasses and Monica welcomed me in politely ask me to have a seat and she would fix it and be right back. She was kind and she took care of needs. Wait time was less den 5mins. I highly recommend going there for contacts, glasses, eye exams etc
Took my foster daughter in for a contacts appointment, everything was going okay until Dianabela was to go over pricing with me. She said the cheapest option was $89, I said when I called to make the appointment someone mentioned there was a $59 option, miraculously that $59 option appeared. Insurance doesn't cover contacts so as a foster mom I was already coming out of pocket and told them the situation. The situation felt slimey after that and very unwelcoming. The eye doctor was great, so im taking my 1 star review up to 3 stars. And the girl that helped my daughter get her contacts in was great!!!!!! So we're back up to 4 star
