The owner speaks fluent English and Spanish. My barber spoke very little English but he was skilled enough. My only issue was he did not leave my bangs the same length as the rest of the hair on the top. I guess he didn't understand I was planning to gel the hair back.

Made an appointment was Sat right away. The vibe is chill and clean environment. 2nd time here both times good hair cut and left feeling great! Excellent find especially after moving from city to another.

Steven is a phenomenal barber. I wish I could give him more stars. He made my 4 year old son feel so comfortable in his chair. I watched my son talk to his barber and not fuss in the chair. Thank you for my clean haircut. You are truly a talent. I highly recommend NY Legends and will recommend them to everyone moving forward all because of Steven’s professionalism and the high quality customer service he provided.
