    Professional, inviting conference rooms. Centrally located to all of Tampa Bay. Convenient nearby parking. Dedicated, friendly staff. Great option for both on-site and virtual office space.

    I am a current tenant of NUS, having moved in back in June 2013. As a small business owner there were a few things I was looking for when deciding where to establish my Criminal Defense and Immigration Law Firm in Tampa. It had to be convenient for my clients, have a functional design, all the amenities, and a supportive staff. As a lawyer, I research everything. I went and looked everywhere. NUS was actually my last stop since Ybor was not really on my radar originally- and I'm lucky to have come in .     Angela at New Urban Suites was a pleasure to work with! She was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about all things executive suites. The office space is fun and urban and the amenities are wonderful! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to be in an energetic atmosphere while still doing your job!
