I could not recommend a better lawyer than Michael ! He was always available to go over details and any questions I had. He was very thorough in all details of my case, and explained everything I was uncertain about. He has excellent communication skills and is very knowledgeable in many legal matters. He was a tremendous help handling my case and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Tampa/St Pete area.

I needed an attorney for a case I felt was being railroaded by the prosecutor,because I opted for the public defender. After the arraignment I got a vibe that I better get a private attorney if I valued my freedom, as it looked to me like the fix was in. I called around to several different attorneys and they were either nearly impossible to get in touch with, or they wanted to talk about the problems my case had, Then I called Michael A Misa, he answered his phone immediately on his way to court I might add, listened to my case and offered defense strategy solutions immediately his legal knowledge , positive attitude and confidence made me feel better about my case. That coupled with the fact that everytime I talked to or saw him he was in court or on his way there or back ,or both was just what I was looking for, experience in action! As soon as he took my case he went straight to work dismantling the states case filing several motions and employing other defense strategy to unsettle the overzealous prosecutor in my case, ultimately getting the charges dropped with his legal knowledge and relentless determination. Mr. Misa is an excellent attorney,answered his own phone,listened to my case,and offered defense strategy solutions immediately. Mr. Misa derailed the states case with sound legal motions and ultimately got it dropped. Couldn't recommend Michael A Misa more!!... If you're in legal trouble and need help get this guy!!!
