The atmosphere is wonderful, with calming ambiance and a friendly senior chihuahua, Mr. Pickles, who greets visitors. Clients highly recommend the 30-minute foot massage and scrub, as well as the prenatal massage, which leaves them feeling soothed and recalibrated. I had a 30 min foot massage and scrub. The service was just what I needed to focus on my achy feet. Lauren applied just enough pressure and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She gave options on what scent and ambience I wanted for an aromatherapy experience as well. I was able to doze off and relax some. The scrub at the end of the massage left my feet very soft. I will definitely be back for more body work services! The location is very accessible to Seminole Heights/ 275 area with easy parking. Highly recommend.
I recently had my first prenatal massage with Lauren at 37 weeks pregnant, and it was a fantastic experience. Lauren was amazing at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I booked a 2-hour session and a 30-minute foot massage, and I found myself dozing off at times because it was so soothing.
Lauren was extremely gentle yet applied the perfect amount of pressure when needed. She had an incredible ability to identify my tight spots without me even mentioning them and spent extra time working on those areas until the discomfort was completely gone.

Lauren was incredible and genuinely cared about her work. I would even say she gave me the best full body massage I’ve ever had. I’m a registered nurse who habitually puts off self care and after enough neck and lower back pain nagging me I decided to treat myself. She has such a welcoming, kind, and calming energy. She walks you through her process, individualizes her treatment plan with you from the essential oils you prefer, to starting face up or down, and really focuses on what you’d like from your experience with her.
