AVOID! Dealt with the woman attendant’s attitude because McNatts is conveniently close to home. Went in today and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Got my clothes back home and they smell like a hint of cigarette smoke too. Never going back.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I called McNatt's today to ask some simple questions, such as if they offer pick-up and delivery. The girl who answered the phone, besides having no knowledge of the basics of the business was rude and seemed put out that a potential customer would call and ask questions. 1 star for customer service. I have chosen to go somewhere else.

After the terrible customer service experience, I came home to a bunch of ruined suits. My bright color suits were faded, my suits were missing buttons, and fraying, not ironed, and had dirt marks on them. This place is awful and I would like reimbursed. I DO NOT recommend this place.
