Have used this location a few times and they are always perfect. Prices are fair and turnaround time is basically 24 hours. Can't beat it. The folks working the front desk have always been friendly. Def recommend !

City Plaza Location took my articles.
But they put the wrong name on my receipt so when I went to pick up my articles, they couldn't find them. And they failed to take down my phone number properly, so they weren't able to pull up the correct receipt in their system. I eventually found where I'd put our copy of the receipt and reclaim my property. They knew EXACTLY where my items were, but weren't going to give them to me without the receipt because THEY made the mistake of assuming I was someone else DESPITE my giving my name to the person I dropped my items off with. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.
For as EVPENSIVE as it was, I'll NEVER take my business there again.

Please adjust your hours on Google / Apple Maps etc if you are no longer open until 5 on Saturday. Drove to your location today at 16027 Tampa Palms Blvd to arrive by 4:45 and a hand written sign was taped on the door showing new closing time of 4pm. (Yet the open sign was on and lit up?) You do a fine job dry cleaning but when you inconvenience customers by not sticking to regular business hours it doesn't help!
