MC Solar is a reliable and professional solar energy company. They offer excellent warranty and competitive pricing. Their staff is professional, with good communication throughout the installation process. Installations are done in a timely fashion, and the company handles any challenges or speed bumps that may arise. They use high-quality equipment, such as Enphase inverters, and provide excellent customer service.
I wish I could give this company -0 stars. The sales person was very responsive at the beginning, installation took only 3 weeks but then the headache started !! The panels were installed on October 18th and I’ve been waiting for a final inspection for 3 years!! I’m making payments to good leap (financial company) and still paying for electricity. Modern Concept does not answer the phone or emails or anything!!! Even the sales representative stopped taking my calls. Department of partner relations from goodleap started an investigation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give a zero I would. They dont complete the work, they throw panels up on your house and collect money either from the lender or putting liens and suing you. MC Solar and Danny wont return calls and refuse to honor the work. The panels will sit on your roof for months or years and never get the permission to operate. It has been a nightmare. They abandon projects, they are not honest about the product or quality of work. I have to get someone else to finish and to deal with my roof. Its awful.
I can't even explain how this company messed up my tranquility. Panels was installed on July 2022 and still not working. Inspection passed but after that they called me to said I need a different Ensurance. Now ended paying for those panels isn't working plus my electricity company. I been sending emails to them with not respond because I want them to removed.
What I thought will help me with my high electricity bill ended even worse ?
